Another day... another issue.. RCDMA is definitely going down to gutter ![]()
I missed to do a total of Rs. 200 recharge in 6 months in one of my conneciton (did only Rs.100 three months back after 1000 recharge about 6 months back). Ok, I got a message on 185th day stating do a min Rs.50 recharge by 17th march (7 days time) for uninterrupted service. Immediately did Rs.500 recharge.
Same day I thought of calling customer support as the network has almost gone to zero in last 15 days at my place. To my surprise I found that on calling *333 or 198, I just get a voice reminder that I haven't recharged for min required Rs.200 and I need to do it immediately - Call disconnects with no options!
All other general calls are working fine. I thought that this flag would reset on servers in 1-2 days. But it didn't till now. I am unable to connect to customer care or even IVR options. Meanwhile daily reminder SMS for Rs.200 are continuing too. The account is recharged (from third party site) and my last recharge details (LRD) also shows up.
Two dilemas:
1.) What would happen on 17th - would they suspend my connection as they still think I haven't recharged. Any suggestion to find out or to avoid this?
2.) How to get back the my conneciton to normal state - able to connect to customer care, no more reminder message etc.
Last month Rs. 45 vanished from this conneciton only and I had to let off without fight as I didn't had time to write a mail and followup and the dumb customer care was not ready to credit back. Really fed up of RCDMA. They have gone nuts. No one have time to spend time in resolving such stupid things.
Looks it high time to move on.. convert remaining RCDMA conneciton to some better GSM service..
